Cultura Impact Lab is a Brussels-based practice specialised in the Cultural and Creative Industries. We work with private businesses, public bodies, international organisations, museums, festivals, media companies, audiovisual producers, trade associations, foundations, think tanks, and research institutions across Europe and beyond — spanning the full spectrum of the CCI, from cinema and audiovisual to music, live performance, digital arts, publishing, fashion, design, and architecture.
We operate at the heart of Europe — home to our headquarters and the world’s primary hub for international information exchange. Brussels is the operational capital of the European Union and the world’s leading city for international association congresses, policy-making, and cross-sector dialogue. This position gives our clients privileged access to European institutions, international networks, and the business intelligence that flows through the sector — from day one. What drives us is a passion for things done well and the conviction that the cultural and creative industries deserve expertise that truly understands them.
WHAT WE DO
Cultura Impact Lab brings together the rigour of a business consultancy, the forward-thinking energy of a think tank, the hands-on commitment of a project partner, and the structured support of a coach and incubator. We accompany organisations across the full value chain of the cultural and creative sector — from strategy and EU funding to public affairs, social dialogue, research, ESG, association management, marketing, and events — incubating ambitious projects and launching our own spin-offs alongside our advisory work.
Our engagement model is built around flexibility. We act as fractional partners — providing senior, multidisciplinary expertise on a part-time basis, at the equivalent cost of a single hire. We offer standby contracts for organisations that want a trusted resource at preferential rates, without the rigidity of permanent employment. We step in as interim managers with full operational ownership, or take on sustained leadership roles for longer-term mandates — delivering the continuity of an in-house team with the agility of an external partner. Available in-house in Brussels or fully remote, globally.
