From Concept to Reality
Many of the most important projects in the cultural and creative sector never happen — not because the ideas are weak, but because the path from concept to implementation is unclear, under-resourced, or simply too complex to navigate alone.
The Cultura Impact Lab Project Incubator exists to change that.
We work with individuals, organisations, and institutions who have a compelling idea — and need a strategic partner to help them develop it into a fundable, viable, and impactful project. We bring structure to ambition, and rigour to creativity.

- Feasibility and strategic framing — assessing the viability of your project from operational, financial, and policy perspectives.
- Funding strategy — identifying the right European and national funding instruments, and building a competitive case for support.
- Partnership building — mapping and engaging the right partners, stakeholders, and networks to strengthen your project’s reach and credibility.
- Proposal development — writing and structuring funding applications that stand out.
- Project design and planning — translating your vision into a workable implementation roadmap, with clear milestones, governance structures, and risk management.

Thanks to our partnership with Torino Social Impact and the support of Regione Piemonte, organisations that have been formally qualified within the Torino Social Impact ecosystem can access free coaching on European Union project calls.

Torino Social Impact is a fast-growing public-private ecosystem based in Turin, bringing together over 390 partners — institutions, companies, foundations, universities, and non-profits — with the shared goal of making Turin one of the world’s leading hubs for social entrepreneurship and impact finance.
For organisations within this ecosystem, Cultura Impact Lab offers dedicated coaching to help them identify the right EU funding opportunities and develop competitive applications — at no cost, within the limits established by Torino Social Impact.
